Champy is an app that helps you set up good habits and get rid bad ones. You can set up a habit by doing something at least 21 days in a row. The app is focusing on getting rid of bad habits like smoking or watching TV.

There are 3 types of challenges that will help you create a habit:
- self improvement
- duel
- wake up
SELF IMPROVEMENT:
With the self improve the you have the possibility to choose a pre-designed challenge(no smoking, no alcohol, taking stairs) or create your own and set the duration of it.
DUEL:
In order to have a bigger motivation you can create a competition with your friend. You can send a challenge to one of his friend. When the friend accepts it - the competition is on. On each challenge you have the possibility to modify the duration or create a completely new challenge as well.
WAKE UP
To create a habit of waking up at a certain time we designed the wake up challenge. Just choose the time you want to wake up and the duration of the challenge.
